Centara targets at least 10% of hotel revenue or 10.03-billion baht (S$386.2 million) for this year alone.
“We need to impose aggressive promotional and marketing campaigns throughout the year just to comply with our revenue targets,” says Mr. Thirayuth. It expects a stable occupancy rates for the low season, all for lower rates.
